Blood Moon Over Britain by Morag McKendrick Pippin. Liked the voice and setting, not impressed by the copyediting or the heroine.
Northern Lights by Nora Roberts. Still good, just not a book I’m likely to pick up and re-read on impulse.
The Summoning by Kelley Armstrong. Loved Armstrong’s first couple of Other World books and her Nadia Stafford suspense, but otherwise I’ve struggled with her work.
Lucy Sullivan Is Getting Married by Marian Keyes. Use to be a keeper. Keyes was an autobuy author for a while but fell of the list when her work got too angsty and WF-ish for me. The narrator in this book used to be charming but now she just seems dim and kind of sad.
Nobody’s Baby But Mine by Susan Elizabeth Phillips. I’m not sure I can articulate how utterly offensive I find the entire premise of this book. (It is one book that was torn in half and then stomped on and shredded, so technically it’s not in the go pile but it is out of my house. I’m embarrassed to have ever bought a copy.)
Shuffling through a book-less desert 
Trying to think if there’s ever been a book that I wanted to tear up like that. I remember really hating Amanda Quick’s book, DESIRE. Thought it was soooooooo boring after reading maybe four or five of them back to back.
It’s pretty uncommon for me to be that irritated by a book but SEP really pushed some hot buttons in that book, and used some ugly & pathetic stereotypes that give genre romance a bad name without really redeeming either MC.
